Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
About the Role
As a member of the GTM Strategic Finance team, you’ll provide Finance and GTM leaders a clear, reliable view of topline performance as our revenue model and operating complexity grow. You will take ownership of GTM topline reporting workstreams, including the ARR model, seat-based forecast, and monthly/quarterly actuals reporting.
Note: This role is based in San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (Anchor Days) to build together in person.
What You'll Achieve
- Own the core topline model and reporting cadence, connecting ARR performance to customer growth, seats, retention, and GTM execution.
- Prepare and deliver presentations communicating GTM strategy and performance to the executive team, Board of Directors, and investors.
- Improve reporting infrastructure quality and scalability using AI, automation, and data workflows to reduce manual work.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Biz-Tech, and Revenue Operations to drive process improvements and data accuracy.
Skills You'll Need
- 3-5 years of experience in Investment Banking or Sales Finance at high-growth SaaS companies.
- Demonstrated ability to build and own rigorous financial models for recurring-revenue businesses.
- Strong analytical judgment and the ability to translate detailed data into clear insights on performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and communicate effectively with financial and non-financial audiences.
- Intellectual curiosity and a desire to use AI as a collaborator in your daily work.
