Technical Quality Program Manager - Notion

About the Role

Notion is growing rapidly and shipping new features at a high rate. The User Operations team, part of the Customer Experience (CX) organization, maintains clear lines of communication between customers and Product. As the Technical Quality Program Manager, you will build and maintain world-class support experiences related to product quality, improving bug reporting and scaling processes for issue resolution.

Note: This role is based in our San Francisco or New York City offices. We work from the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (Anchor Days) to build together in person.

What You'll Achieve

• Manage critical user experiences and internal workflows to improve product quality and influence feature development.
• Continuously improve bug-reporting and feature-request funnels, from intake to escalation, tracking, and follow-up.
• Make data-informed recommendations to prioritize feature requests and scale internal escalation processes.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to drive CX bug management efficiency through tooling and training.
• Partner with Engineering to improve incident management workflows and clear escalation paths.
• Build documentation, training, and QA processes for issues related to quality, reliability, and performance.

Skills You'll Need

• 3-5 years of experience in customer support operations, product operations, technical support, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI to streamline cross-functional programs.
• Experience working directly with engineers, product managers, and customer-facing teams.
• Proven ability to solve ambiguous problems and use data to build consensus.
• Experience tracking and analyzing key operational metrics and KPIs.

Nice to Haves

• Notion product expertise.
• PMP or similar project management certification.
• Technical knowledge or data querying experience (SQL).
• Experience contributing to the product development process at a software company.
