As the remote Product Management Intern, your primary focus is to learn how to lead product and market development efforts as well as support the software development process from inception through the commercialization process. You will partner with engineers, bankers, and numerous internal/external stakeholders to develop and commercialize products that meet the needs of OneEthos’s customers.

What You'll Contribute in This Role

• Build technical solutions and implement key measurements to track progress against business goals and desired security outcomes.
• Lead internal technical conversations by outlining the technical design, owning trade-offs between technical cost and business value, and optimizing QA/testing.
• Implement and manage robust risk systems throughout the software development lifecycle to quantify and manage overall risk exposures.
• Define a clear and compelling vision for our products, aligning it with customer needs and larger business objectives.
• Rally and align stakeholders around the product vision, ensuring a shared understanding and commitment to success.
• Continuously monitor the market, conduct competitive analyses, and stay updated on industry trends to inform product strategy.
• Create and maintain the company's product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the product vision and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document detailed product requirements, user stories, and use cases.
• Prioritize product features and capabilities to maximize value and achieve business objectives.
• Create a shared knowledge base across larger teams, enabling independent decision-making that aligns with the product vision.
• Understand and represent user needs throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Comprehend the company's business model and how it relates to product strategy.
• Work closely with the CEO and CTO to refine the product strategy and vision.

Knowledge of tools and languages such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Node.js, Git, SQL/NoSQL databases, TypeScript, MongoDB, Azure/AWS/Google Cloud, and No-Code/Low-Code solutions.
