About OpenRouter
OpenRouter is the leading AI routing and infrastructure layer that developers and enterprises use to access, manage, and optimize their AI use across models and providers. We help our customers avoid lock-in, capacity constraints, and unnecessary cost, giving them the flexibility to move fast, scale confidently, and stay future-proof as models evolve.
As enterprise adoption of AI accelerates, OpenRouter sits at the center of how organizations deploy leading open and proprietary models across research, development, and production workloads.
About the Role
We're hiring our first dedicated Enterprise Product Manager to give the world’s largest organizations access to OpenRouter’s market-leading model catalog while keeping them in control of their policies and costs. To clear the path for these customers, you’ll own a broad product surface: identity and access, governance, security, spend controls, admin tooling, and the growth engine that turns organic adoption into a company-wide deployment.
This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of product and go-to-market. You'll work closely with Fortune 100 design partners, translating procurement, security, observability, and compliance requirements into a roadmap that unlocks the next tier of enterprise adoption. You'll partner closely with our Enterprise Account Executives, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Customer Success team to convert deal signal into shipped product.
What You'll Do
- Own the enterprise roadmap end to end, from procurement and security reviews to driving daily usage and account expansion.
- Partner directly with Fortune 100 design partners, turning requirements into a roadmap and shipping enterprise-grade quality.
- Build the core enterprise platform, including RBAC, SSO/SAML, SCIM provisioning, admin and governance controls, data privacy, compliance standards, and spend controls.
- Identify differentiation opportunities by studying emerging AI trends and making them enterprise-accessible.
- Drive land-and-expand motions, growing single-team developer adoption into organization-wide rollouts.
- Be the voice of the enterprise customer internally, joining sales calls and on-site visits to inform product strategy.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, security, and customer success.
- Raise the bar on craft, bringing strong product taste and judgment where trust, clarity, and details matter.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years building enterprise products and moving products up-market.
- Experience building analytics-heavy, technically deep products for sophisticated technical users.
- Operational background inside a real enterprise, sales-led GTM motion (Fortune 500 customers, multi-stakeholder deals, procurement).
- Fluency with IT, security, and admin buyer personas.
- Hands-on familiarity with enterprise-readiness primitives (RBAC, SSO/SAML, SCIM, audit logs, compliance).
- Strong technical judgment regarding infrastructure, APIs, and security tradeoffs.
- High agency, bias toward action, and ability to thrive in a small, fast-moving environment.
- Excellent written communication and collaborative working style.
