The Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will break into tech sales and build a career with significant growth potential. You will be supported by dedicated sales enablement, training, and coaching programs. You will master outreach, qualify leads, and build relationships using industry-leading tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Note: While this role is fully remote, you must be based within the Americas region.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Generate interest through cold calling, email, and social outreach.
- Pipeline Management: Partner with Sales Executives to drive mid-market and SMB pipeline velocity.
- Lead Qualification: Schedule high-value meetings that convert into tangible sales opportunities.
- Market Intelligence: Serve as the voice of the market, collaborating with GTM teams to translate buyer insights into strategy.
- Platform Advocacy: Clearly articulate Oyster’s global employment platform value proposition to target buyers.

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of success in a customer-centric role (sales, hospitality, recruiting, etc.).
- Familiarity with B2B prospecting tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Fluent English language skills.
- Reliable home internet connection.
- Passion for remote work and global workplace trends.
