Technical Customer Success Engineer - Procurify

About the Role

Procurify is the agentic procurement platform helping mid-market organizations manage over $100B in spend. We are seeking a Technical Integration Specialist (One Year Contract) to join our Engineering organization. You will act as a bridge between Engineering, Go-To-Market teams, and external vendors, focusing on the deployment and maintenance of punchout integrations.

What You'll Be Working On

Supplier Integration & Punchout Management

• Own the Punchout Lifecycle: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for implementing punchouts. Coordinate with vendors to obtain credentials, configure settings, and validate connectivity.
• Testing & Implementation: Rigorously test connections for data integrity and user experience; configure punchouts directly within the product.
• External Stakeholder Management: Communicate with technical and non-technical representatives to resolve configuration blockers.

Internal Collaboration & Support

• Triage & Prioritize: Manage integration requests from Customer Success and Sales, prioritizing based on business impact.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Operate as a Tier-2 resource to diagnose complex configuration issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Engineering Partnership: Collaborate with the Engineering team to resolve issues and suggest architectural improvements.

Tooling & Automation

• Python Development: Utilize Python to implement and test cXML punchout configurations.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for workflows and vendor-specific configurations.

Who We're Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years in technical support, implementation engineering, or a similar customer-facing SaaS role.
• Python Proficiency: Experience reading, debugging, and working within established codebases.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of web technologies and API concepts (REST, HTTP). Familiarity with cXML or JSON is highly valued.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills; comfortable leading conversations with external vendors.
• Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills with the ability to work autonomously.
