The Role

As a Senior Software Developer, you will join an agile team developing a network management service that monitors millions of devices. You will solve complex challenges and build reliable, scalable software.

Key Responsibilities

• Design consistent, scalable, and fault-tolerant microservices architectures.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes.
• Design and implement communication protocols for highly scalable, distributed systems.
• Develop performant code for collectors deployed at tens of thousands of customer sites.
• Collaborate with engineering and product management to deliver high-quality software.
• Utilize AI-enabled techniques for intelligent tooling, automation, and data-informed debugging.

What We Are Looking For

• Several years of experience developing quality code and architectures (Golang preferred).
• Strong background in microservices and cloud computing (AWS preferred).
• Experience building scalable software on the Kafka streaming platform.
• A hands-on engineer who uses AI pragmatically to solve hard problems and debug distributed systems.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Passion for mentoring junior and intermediate team members.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
