About the Role

We are looking for an Executive Business Partner to support our CEO, VP of Finance, and VP of People. You’ll be a force multiplier across the executive team: managing complex calendars, driving critical follow-through, and representing these leaders’ voices with precision and polish. This role requires a very high bar for written and verbal communication.

What You’ll Do

• Calendar Management: Proactively manage complex, fast-changing calendars across three executives.
• AI Integration: Use AI tools to automate scheduling, streamline communications, and conduct research.
• Communication: Draft, edit, and proofread executive communications (Slack, memos, decks) to ensure clarity and tone.
• Meeting Support: Prepare briefing materials, take notes, synthesize action items, and drive follow-through.
• Logistics: Coordinate domestic and international travel and plan internal events/offsites.
• Operations: Handle sensitive financial/people data with discretion and manage ad hoc research and vendor coordination.

• Experience: Proven track record as an EBP supporting senior leaders, ideally at a fast-growing company.
• Ownership: Ability to anticipate needs, follow through without reminders, and hold yourself accountable for outcomes.
• Judgment: Demonstrated discretion handling confidential information.
