About the Role

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a key role in shaping our organization by attracting and hiring top-tier technical talent. You will build and refine our hiring engine, partner with engineering leadership, and evolve our hiring philosophy to meet ambitious growth targets.

What You'll Do

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and develop structured interview processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing data-driven recommendations to improve hiring outcomes.
• Own sourcing strategies for passive talent pipelines in engineering domains.
• Mentor hiring teams on best practices for interviewing and candidate assessment.
• Design and optimize recruitment programs to enhance efficiency and the candidate experience.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, specifically supporting Engineering roles in high-growth tech companies.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills and ability to use metrics to inform strategy.
• Proven ability to solve complex hiring challenges and coach teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
