The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager to own and drive the Core product direction at SplitMetrics Acquire — our B2B SaaS platform for Apple Ads management.

This role is for someone who connects product decisions to real business outcomes, moves quickly based on market signals and GTM insights, and takes equal ownership of both delivery and adoption. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure we build features that drive sustained growth and customer value.

The team is responsible for driving campaign performance through optimizations such as AI Bidding, Keyword Expansion Strategies, and automated rules based on external signals.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Own and drive quarterly strategy for the core performance optimization product team.
  • Define quarterly OKRs and initiatives aligned with broader company strategy.
  • Translate signals from clients, Sales, Customer Success, and the market into product priorities.

End-to-End Product Development

  • Lead discovery efforts including client research and quantitative data analysis.
  • Define the product vision for each initiative from concept to granular requirements.
  • Write clear, structured PRDs for Engineering, QA, and Design.
  • Partner with engineering teams to align on scope, unblock dependencies, and ensure reliable delivery.

Adoption & Go-To-Market

  • Partner with Product Marketing on positioning and launch communications.
  • Work alongside Customer Success to drive product adoption among enterprise clients.
  • Define product UX copy, including tooltips, banners, and onboarding flows.
  • Track feature adoption metrics and iterate based on performance data.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Align closely with GTM teams (Sales, CS, Marketing) to support pipeline conversion and account expansion.
  • Represent your product domain effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with enterprise-facing platforms.
  • Strong data fluency: comfortable working with large-scale performance data, experiments, and core business metrics.
  • Solid understanding of A/B testing, incrementality, and optimization logic.
  • Proven track record of connecting product initiatives to business outcomes (revenue, retention, expansion).
  • Experience authoring structured, high-quality PRDs for cross-functional teams.
  • End-to-end ownership mindset spanning discovery, delivery, and user adoption.
  • Ability to operate effectively within ambiguity and resource-constrained environments.
  • Cross-functional leadership skills to align Engineering, Sales, CS, and Marketing without direct authority.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+ level).

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in mobile user acquisition (UA), AdTech, or performance marketing.
  • Experience working on machine learning (ML) products.
  • Familiarity with AI-first development workflows (AI prototyping, spec-driven development, internal tooling).

What We Offer

  • Time Off: Vacation and public holidays aligned with your country's regulations, plus additional PTO annually for rejuvenation.
  • Health & Wellness: Medical insurance or healthcare compensation, plus paid sick leave.
  • Professional Development: Access to top industry conferences, mobile marketing events, and internal training programs.
  • Performance & Growth: Supportive, micromanagement-free leadership, semi-annual performance reviews, and internal mobility opportunities.
  • Team Engagement: Online team events, offline retreats, and shared OKRs.
  • Work Flexibility: Flexible working hours and a remote-first culture.
