The Mission

This is Sprinto's first dedicated Field CISO hire in the US. You are building the market-facing security and compliance voice from scratch—with full access to the founders, GTM team, and product roadmap.

This is a marketing and thought leadership role where you make every Sprinto channel more credible, attended, and influential as a practitioner rather than a vendor.

Where You'll Leave Your Mark

• Take the Autonomous Trust thesis to market: Bring the platform to carry the thesis publicly at events, in content, and on stage.
• Show up at industry stages: Represent Sprinto as a practitioner voice at major events like RSA, ISACA, or regional CISO summits.
• Build CISO rooms: Anchor webinars and roundtables that build genuine security leader communities.
• Shape published content: Provide a practitioner's fingerprint on content, newsletters, LinkedIn, and podcasts.
• Deepen the advisory board: Engage respected security leaders as a peer to compound events, content, and deals.
• Walk into deals: Support prospect conversations by workshopping their compliance reality against the Autonomous Trust model.

The Kind of Builder We're Looking For

• 10+ years in security leadership; held a CISO, Deputy CISO, or senior advisory role.
• Savvy with compliance implementations for frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, HIPAA, and FedRAMP.
• Proven track record of engaging enterprise CISOs as a peer, not as a vendor.
• Comfort with commercial accountability.
• Ability to simplify complex theses into readable insights with original thinking.
• Independent operator across multiple channels.
