The Mission

Every high-growth SaaS company runs on great operating systems. Behind every renewal, customer success initiative, revenue forecast, and business decision is a team building the processes and insights that make growth predictable.

As a Revenue Operations Intern, you'll help build those systems. Working closely with Customer Success, Renewals, Sales, Finance, and Product, you'll solve operational problems, analyse business data, improve workflows, and help teams make better decisions.

Where You'll Leave Your Mark

• Help build the operating system behind revenue: Support the processes, reporting, and workflows that help Customer Success and Renewals teams operate more efficiently and deliver better customer outcomes.
• Turn data into better decisions: Analyse customer trends, operational metrics, and business performance to uncover insights that improve retention, renewals, and day-to-day execution.
• Solve operational problems that matter: Identify bottlenecks, simplify processes, and contribute to projects that make Sprinto's customer-facing teams faster, more effective, and easier to scale.
• Work across the business: Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Product, and Support, gaining first-hand exposure to how cross-functional teams work together to drive business growth.
• Build systems that last: Create documentation, trackers, dashboards, and operational playbooks that improve visibility, consistency, and execution across the organisation.
• Learn how SaaS businesses scale: Every project you contribute to will deepen your understanding of customer operations, business metrics, and the systems that power high-growth companies.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
• Genuinely enjoy solving structured problems, analysing data, and improving workflows.
• Comfortable working with numbers and using data to understand business performance.
• Curious about SaaS business operations across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Operations.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable with spreadsheets and analytical tools like Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau, or Looker.
• Proactive exploration of AI tools to automate repetitive work and solve problems efficiently.
• Eager to contribute meaningfully from day one in a high-growth remote environment.
