About the Role
We're looking for a Developer Relations Engineer to help developers discover, learn, and build with Supabase. You'll create high-impact content, build real-world projects, and represent Supabase across communities and events.
What You'll Do
- Create Content: Publish compelling technical content, with a focus on video, to help developers learn Supabase.
- Build Demos: Ship real-world apps using Supabase, Next.js, React, and Stripe; write guides for others to follow.
- Represent Supabase: Speak at meetups, host livestreams, and engage with the developer ecosystem.
- Support Community: Celebrate contributors, answer questions, and provide feedback to the product team.
- Collaborate: Work with engineering and product teams to amplify launches and reduce friction for new users.
Requirements
- Strong engineering skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Postgres, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Svelte, Vue).
- Proven experience creating technical content (written or video).
- Comfortable representing a product publicly on camera or on stage.
Bonus Points
- Growing audience on YouTube, Twitch, or Twitter.
- Prior experience in DevRel or open source.
- Existing familiarity with the Supabase platform.
