The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to own our strategic partner integrations. This role is focused on a select portfolio of partners, ensuring our integrations are high-quality, reliable, and deeply useful to developers. You will work hands-on with engineering teams, participating in architecture reviews and code-level design discussions to ship superior developer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Ownership: Manage a focused portfolio of strategic partners, ensuring high-quality, evolving integrations.
• Developer Advocacy: Stay close to the developers using these integrations to identify pain points and build roadmaps based on real-world signal.
• Integration Strategy: Define the integration model for each partner, determining what Supabase owns versus what remains partner-agnostic.
• Hands-on Execution: Work directly with partner product and engineering teams to ship integrations; hold your own in architecture and design discussions.
• Quality Standards: Establish documentation, tooling, and guardrails to maintain a high bar for integration quality as adoption scales.
• Success Metrics: Define and measure success through developer adoption, integration quality, and reliability.

You Might Be a Good Fit If You:

• Have 7+ years of product management experience in developer tools or are an ex-founder with strong technical instincts.
• Are based in the San Francisco Bay Area (required for this role).
• Have experience shipping platform surfaces, APIs, or auth/identity flows.
• Are comfortable reading architecture docs and engaging in technical design discussions.
• Are biased toward speed and shipping, preferring iterative learning over long spec cycles.
• Build with what you own, using Supabase surfaces firsthand to form opinions.
• Are comfortable using AI tools to streamline research and synthesis.
• Work effectively in an asynchronous, remote-first environment.
