About the Role

We’re hiring a Strategic Partner Manager to lead our strategic relationships with top AI labs and builders. You will lead 2–3 strategic partner relationships, serving as the quarterback for co-build, co-market, and relationship-building initiatives.

Candidate Profiles

We are looking for one of two backgrounds:

• Partner Solutions Architect: A technical SME who can navigate large partner organizations and build relationships with Product/Engineering stakeholders.
• Traditional Partner Management: Experience at a high-growth infrastructure company, skilled in integrations, co-marketing, joint GTM initiatives, and QBRs.

What You’ll Do

• Partner Strategy: Own and grow 2-3 strategic partnerships, developing joint GTM plans with defined KPIs.
• Revenue & Pipeline: Drive sourced and influenced pipeline, enable Sales teams, and collaborate on co-selling opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Work with Product and Engineering on integration roadmaps and coordinate co-marketing with Marketing teams.
• Relationship Management: Build deep relationships across partner organizations, track performance metrics, and maintain accurate forecasting.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or platform strategy at a developer tools or infrastructure company.
• Strong understanding of developer ecosystems and modern data stacks.
• Demonstrated experience shipping integrations and managing them post-launch.
• Commercially minded with experience in deal structures and revenue models.
• Ability to operate with ownership in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
• Startup experience is a plus.
