Demand Generation Manager - TigerData

To support our rapid growth, we're looking for a Demand Generation Manager to build and scale integrated demand generation programs that drive pipeline and revenue across our target accounts and industries.

In this role, you'll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns spanning account-based marketing, content syndication, webinars, podcasts, and other integrated demand generation initiatives. You'll partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Growth, DevRel, and RevOps to engage technical buyers, accelerate pipeline, and measure marketing's impact on revenue.

You'll report to the Demand Marketing Lead and play a key role in shaping how Tiger Data reaches developers, technical decision-makers, and enterprise buyers from initial awareness through qualified pipeline and customer acquisition.

Location & Time Zone

This is a remote role based in the U.S., with a preferred time zone of Central or Eastern. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States, and English fluency is required.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Build and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting named accounts, buying groups, and priority industry verticals.
  • Develop integrated demand generation campaigns that combine webinars, content syndication, podcasts, email, events, and retargeting to drive qualified pipeline.
  • Partner with Sales to develop and execute multi-touch account plays, coordinating paid media, webinars, executive events, direct mail, and sales outreach.
  • Manage third-party content syndication programs to generate high-quality leads while optimizing cost per lead and pipeline contribution.
  • Plan and execute podcast sponsorships and advertising campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate demand within technical audiences.
  • Monitor campaign performance and return on investment (ROI), using data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and maximize pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, publishers, media partners, and technology vendors to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Track demand generation KPIs including pipeline created, pipeline influenced, SQLs, MQLs, account engagement, cost per opportunity, and return on marketing investment.

You Could Be a Great Fit If You

  • Have 6+ years of experience in demand gen, ABM, or growth marketing (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Bring a strong track record in building demand generation programs tied to pipeline outcomes.
  • Have hands-on experience with Account-based marketing platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase).
  • Possess a data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance and running experiments.
  • Have strong copywriting and messaging skills.
  • Can manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment where the market is consistently changing.
  • Feel comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams.
