About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Field Engineering Operations to join our Revenue Operations team. You will architect the systems, processes, and insights that enable our Field Engineering organization to scale. As a strategic partner to the VP of Field Engineering, you will own the operational backbone for Solutions Architects, Developer Success Engineers, Customer Success Engineers, Technical Account Managers, and Professional Services.

Note: This role is hybrid in-office in San Francisco with anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.

What You Will Do

• Operational Strategy: Design and optimize the systems and frameworks that enable FE teams to operate at scale.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing Field Engineering Operations team.
• Organizational Design: Drive changes to team structures, role definitions, and engagement models as the organization scales.
• Capacity & Territory Planning: Manage resource allocation and territory design with sensitivity to regional coverage (AMER, EMEA, APAC).
• Lifecycle Management: Own the pre- to post-sales lifecycle framework, including forecasting, go-live tracking, and consumption ramp measurement.
• Reporting & Insights: Define KPIs, dashboards, and health scoring models to provide actionable insights on team performance and customer outcomes.

About You

• 8+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or technical program leadership within high-growth SaaS companies.
• 3+ years of experience building and leading teams.
• Demonstrated success scaling operational frameworks for pre-sales and post-sales technical teams.
• Proficiency in GTM systems, specifically Salesforce architecture (custom objects, flows, reporting).
• Track record of building territory planning and capacity modeling at $100M+ ARR companies.
• Strong analytical instincts with a bias toward execution and cross-functional partnership.
