About the Role

We are looking for an IT Operations Engineer to be the backbone of technical support for our New York City office. You will take ownership of the employee experience, resolve hardware/software issues, and manage the tools and systems our team relies on daily.

Note: This is an in-person role based in New York City. You will be expected to work onsite to support our office's IT needs.

What You Will Do

• IT Support: Serve as the first point of contact for in-office and remote staff; troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
• AI Integration: Actively use AI tools to triage requests, draft documentation, write scripts, and solve problems more effectively.
• Systems Management: Manage user accounts, access controls, and IT ticketing systems.
• AV & Events: Support in-office AV, conference room technology, and team gatherings.
• Collaboration: Partner with Onboarding, Workplace Services, and People teams to support company-wide initiatives and new hire setups.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain clear documentation for IT systems and common issues.

About You

• Experience: At least 5 years in IT support or a related field.
• AI-Native: You use AI tools as a core part of your workflow to automate tasks and increase efficiency.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of macOS environments, networking, and security.
• Communication: Ability to explain complex technical issues in plain language.
• Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, service-oriented, and a continuous learner.
