About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Partner Solutions Engineer to join our partnerships team in EMEA. You will lead enablement and pre-sales motions with Vercel's solution and consulting partners (SIs and GSIs), with a primary focus on the DACH market. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in our London or Berlin office.
What You Will Do
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the technical expert on Vercel and Next.js for partner engineering teams and leadership.
- Certification Program: Run Vercel's regional partner certification program, including delivering workshops and guiding partner engineers.
- Technical Enablement: Create and deliver training on Next.js, AI, and agentic application best practices.
- Pre-Sales Support: Assist with proofs of concept, technical deep dives, and deal unblocking alongside sales teams.
- Community Building: Run hackathons, author technical guides, and build templates to equip partner communities.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary technical contact for SIs and GSIs, building lasting relationships with practice leads and delivery teams.
About You
- Experience: 4+ years as a solutions engineer; 6+ years building frontend applications with Next.js or React.
- Language Skills: Professional fluency in English and spoken fluency in German and/or French is essential.
- Technical Background: Strong understanding of web architecture, frontend development, serverless computing, and modern application development.
- Consulting Mindset: Experience working within agencies, systems integrators, or consulting firms.
- Communication: Excellent ability to lead training sessions, talks, and stakeholder relationships.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
