About the Role

We're looking for a leader to build and run Vercel's Product Strategy & Operations function from the ground up. This is a senior, cross-functional role that sits at the heart of the EPD organization and works in close partnership with the CPO, EPD Leads, GTM leadership, and Finance.

You will own the rigor that makes our high-velocity shipping machine sustainable, the measurement infrastructure that tells us whether our products are succeeding, and the planning systems that keep our roadmap and revenue plan aligned.

What You Will Do

• EPD Rhythm: Own weekly operating reviews, monthly business reviews, and planning cycles.
• ShipOps: Run the ShipOps function to enable Launch Calendar reviews and Vercel’s high-velocity shipping approach.
• Product Landing: Establish a structured post-launch framework to ensure feature adoption and business outcomes.
• GTM Alignment: Partner with Sales and Marketing to set targets and execute tactics for pipeline creation and user ramps.
• Market Intelligence: Develop competitive intelligence systems to provide a continuous view of the market landscape.
• Analytical Infrastructure: Partner with Data Engineering and Data Science to ensure analytical tooling supports business speed.
• Resource Management: Maintain team health, capacity visibility, and resource allocation.

About You

• 8+ years in product operations, business operations, or strategy within a high-growth tech company.
• Ability to articulate complex, technical products to non-technical audiences.
• Deep familiarity with the full software development lifecycle.
• Passion for solving highly ambiguous strategic problems.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Background in developer tooling, cloud infrastructure, or platform products.
• Experience building your own agents to support workflows and data analyses.
