About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. This high-impact role sits at the center of how we structure, price, and close business globally. You will lead the quote-to-contract execution cycle and help build the systems, processes, and playbooks that scale our Deal Desk function.

What You Will Do

• Deal Management: Own the end-to-end deal review and closing process, including approvals, structuring, and quote configuration in Vercel CPQ.
• Commercialization & Execution: Partner with Finance, Legal, GTM, and Product to optimize processes for new pricing, packaging, and product launches.
• Trusted Advisor: Serve as a subject-matter expert for the Sales organization, providing guidance on complex, non-standard deals.
• Revenue Integrity: Act as a gatekeeper for data hygiene, revenue recognition, and financial reporting audits.
• Insights & Enablement: Analyze deal performance and market trends to develop new sales motions and increase velocity.
• Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes using AI and modern tooling.

About You

• 4+ years of experience in deal desk, pricing, quote-to-cash, or Revenue/Sales Operations in the tech sector.
• Proven record of partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams to move complex deals forward.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement.
• Resourceful self-starter with strong critical-thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ or comparable platforms.
• Track record of using AI or automation to improve operational workflows.
