About the Role

As a growth-focused Fullstack Engineer, you will play a central role in driving user acquisition, conversion, and retention through highly performant and visually stunning web experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build dynamic pages, run A/B tests, and optimize conversion funnels.

Note: If you are within commuting distance of our SF, NY, London, or Berlin offices, this role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. Otherwise, the role is fully remote.

What You Will Do

• Lead complex frontend projects that establish Vercel as a gold standard for brand and product marketing.
• Collaborate with growth and marketing teams to A/B test landing pages for lead generation.
• Design and implement scalable applications, web services, and APIs.
• Contribute to our design system and uphold industry-leading UX standards.
• Continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and systems.
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs, delivering quick, high-quality resolutions.
• Write technical documentation and maintain internal tools.
• Review and provide feedback on contributions from other engineers.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize for conversion, speed, and reliability.

About You

• 5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience (React, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, or similar).
• Strong proficiency in Next.js and modern frontend frameworks.
• Full stack experience (comfortable designing or consuming APIs).
• Deep understanding of SEO principles, performance, and accessibility.
• Proven knowledge of A/B testing concepts and conversion rate optimization.
• Stellar cross-functional communication skills.
• An eye for good user experiences and visual detail.
