About the Role

As a Solution Architect in the Field Engineering team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers throughout their lifecycle. You will bridge the gap between technical pre-sales and post-sales, designing architectures, running evaluations, and ensuring long-term success for critical AI and web workloads.

What You Will Do

• Technical Discovery: Partner with Sales to qualify use cases and shape solution strategies.
• Architecture Design: Design target architectures for agentic workflows, AI, and web applications, including integrations with headless and composable ecosystems.
• Technical Leadership: Own proofs of concept and pilots, defining success criteria and removing technical blockers.
• Strategic Account Management: Act as lead architect post-sale, guiding onboarding, migrations, and best practices.
• Performance Optimization: Proactively engage on performance, reliability, and cost optimization using observability data.
• Voice of the Customer: Capture recurring themes and gaps to influence Product and Engineering roadmaps.
• Content Creation: Contribute to reference architectures, example repos, and technical blog posts.

About You

• Significant experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Platform Architect).
• Strong hands-on skills with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web frameworks (Next.js preferred).
• Deep understanding of web performance, caching, networking, security, and AI/LLM-powered applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both executive stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Track record of managing complex technical projects in fast-moving environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
