
About the Role
Webflow is expanding its engineering team in Argentina. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be one of the first members of this new team, contributing to key product areas like Webflow Cloud—a new platform enabling customers to deploy fully operational web apps on Webflow-hosted domains.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable multi-tenant backend services and APIs.
- Work with a modern stack: Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, GraphQL, Apollo, and AWS (EC2, S3, Lambdas, Kafka).
- Lead projects and contribute to functional strategy.
- Produce maintainable, tested, and performant code.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers in an autonomous environment.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering culture (blogs, hiring, hackathons).
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing and deploying complex web applications.
- Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js, GraphQL, and MongoDB.
- Ability to debug production issues across multiple stack levels.
- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Playwright, Cypress).
- Business-level fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Proactive mindset toward AI integration and emerging technologies.
