Senior Solutions Engineer - Central / East

We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to inspire our customers by helping them understand the art of what’s possible with the Webflow platform. You will tell our differentiated story that shows how our solution helps them meet their business objectives.

The Solutions Engineering team plays a vital role by partnering closely with our customers as well as with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure mutual, long-term success. We aim to deeply understand our customers’ strategic objectives and technical requirements. We architect and demonstrate innovative solutions that unlock meaningful business value for our customers.

About the Role

  • Location: Remote-first (United States; BC and ON, Canada). Must reside in Central or Eastern Time Zones.
  • ** travel:** Requires travel up to 25%, plus an in-person onboarding session in San Francisco, CA.
  • Type: Full-time, Permanent, Exempt.
  • Reporting to: Manager, Solutions Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with 3–4 Account Executives and support multiple active customer opportunities, proactively communicating with stakeholders to ensure on-time solution delivery.
  • Guide customers through the evaluation process of Webflow, ensuring solution alignment with key business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Conduct deep discovery, solution design, technical validation, and business case development.
  • Present effective stories through demonstrations that highlight the benefits of using Webflow to solve key customer objectives and challenges.
  • Lead hands-on workshops and trials where appropriate.
  • Influence product direction for short and long-term success by representing the voice of the customer.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives that advance Webflow’s mission of bringing development superpowers to everyone.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally in the web development space.
  • Proven track record in driving a consultative approach and passion for helping customers solve complex problems.
  • Creative problem-solving skills using AI where appropriate.
