Webflow is looking for a Staff Product Designer to lead design across the Content and Localization teams on our Build pillar. Youβll help shape Source by Webflow, our platform where marketing teams and agents build and optimize digital experiences together.
You'll own the Agentic CMS experience: a next-generation content layer that enables enterprise teams to manage content and deliver it across every site, channel, and AI agent they operate. This work spans the full content lifecycle, from authoring and governance to localization and publishing.
Responsibilities
- Own the Agentic CMS experience end-to-end: Lead discovery, UX strategy, prototyping, detailed execution, and post-ship quality. Define how enterprise marketing teams author, organize, govern, and publish content across multiple sites and channels.
- Design for humans and agents: Build surfaces that work for marketing teams operating at scale and for AI agents querying and composing against structured content, with appropriate controls, transparency, and trust signals.
- Think in systems: Maintain a coherent experience model across interconnected surfaces while ensuring individual flows feel simple and obvious.
- Work upstream: Partner closely with PMs, engineers, and researchers to align on content models, API affordances, and product strategy before visual design begins.
- Raise the bar: Drive craft, process, and AI-assisted workflows. Present work to cross-functional partners and senior leadership, establishing a clear vision for how the CMS connects to the broader Webflow platform.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating substantive work navigating ambiguous problems in complex software products.
- Deep experience with content systems, multi-user workflows, or agentic experiences.
- Strong systems thinking at scale across interconnected surfaces.
- Technical depth and comfort engaging with engineers on API design, data modeling, and content architecture.
- Strong interaction and visual design craft, with fluency in AI-assisted workflows (such as prototyping in code and leveraging AI tools for exploration).
- Ability to balance long-horizon systems thinking with high-quality near-term execution.
