Staff DevOps Engineer, Delivery Loop - Webflow

About the Role

Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams. We are looking for a Staff DevOps Engineer, Delivery Loop to define and drive the future of how Webflow engineers build, test, and deliver software. You will operate as a technical leader, owning the end-to-end deployment strategy and shaping the systems that enable engineering velocity at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Deployment Strategy: Define and drive end-to-end deployment strategy from CI pipelines to production rollout.
• GitOps Ownership: Evolve our GitOps-based deployment platform (ArgoCD, Argo Rollouts) for scalability and reliability.
• Progressive Delivery: Design and implement safe rollout mechanisms including canary, blue/green, and feature flags.
• Technical Leadership: Set direction across teams, guide architectural decisions, and mentor engineers.
• Developer Productivity: Identify and eliminate bottlenecks to improve cycle time and developer experience.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure high reliability through observability, monitoring, and incident-driven improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Business-level fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes, GitOps, and CI/CD systems.
• Proficiency in cloud infrastructure (AWS), containerization (Docker), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Pulumi).
• Strong track record of improving developer velocity and system scalability.
