About the Role
We are looking for a Global Entity Operations Associate (internal title: Global Entity Infrastructure Associate) — a builder, problem-solver, and operator who can bring structure to complexity and keep WorkMotion’s global infrastructure running smoothly. You will be at the center of WorkMotion’s global entity infrastructure—driving day-to-day entity operations, coordinating compliance obligations, supporting international expansion, and scaling global infrastructure.
You will collaborate closely with Finance, Payroll, HR Operations, Legal, and external partners across multiple jurisdictions to ensure operational consistency, compliance, and momentum.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and corporate maintenance of WorkMotion’s global entities, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency across multiple jurisdictions.
- Track and drive corporate compliance obligations, including license renewals, UBO reporting, KYC filings, and corporate governance tasks.
- Support the execution of international expansion strategies by managing entity setups and local operating infrastructure.
- Source, select, and manage external partners and providers that form part of the local EOR infrastructure.
- Lead project management for expansion and improvement initiatives related to global infrastructure and strategic projects.
- Collaborate across internal Finance, Payroll, HR Operations, and Legal teams as a main point of contact for entity queries.
- Maintain and update corporate records and data to ensure audit readiness.
- Assist with audits, regulatory inspections, and internal reviews by preparing required documentation.
- Identify and resolve inefficiencies or gaps in entity management systems and internal processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, International Affairs, or a relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in international operations, project management, entity setup/maintenance, or legal operations/compliance management.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of driving initiatives and managing multi-stakeholder timelines.
- Highly organized and adaptable work attitude across varying topics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail and thorough documentation habits.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in entity management, legal/paralegal work, or project coordination roles.
- Familiarity with regulated environments, ideally in FinTech, SaaS, or multinational operations.
- Understanding of corporate governance, entity compliance, regulatory obligations, and operational risk management.
- Experience working asynchronously in a remote-first or globally distributed environment.
