- Collaborate with Zapier’s commercial counsel to provide effective legal support to close sales deals.
- Collaborate with employment counsel on the development, preparation, and training on personnel-related compliance policies, providing day-to-day support to the People team.
- Advocate for and implement technology (automation, AI, CLM tools) to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the legal team.
- Monitor legal developments globally for compliance in locations where Zapier has personnel and customers, including labor, data privacy, and AI-related laws.
- Partner across the company to design solutions that balance compliance, risk, and business growth.

- Strong regulatory knowledge and business judgment with the ability to assess risk and balance it with business goals.
- Combined law firm and in-house experience at a SaaS/technology company preferred, but not required.
- Experience or strong interest in leveraging automation, CLM platforms, and AI tools in legal operations.
