Director, GTM Engineering - 1Password

1Password is building the intelligence layer for its global go-to-market engine, and this is the role at the center of that transformation. The Director, Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineering is a senior leadership position within the Revenue Operations team, owning the intersection of AI strategy, data intelligence, and GTM execution. You will architect how 1Password uses AI-powered insights to move faster, decide better, and protect more people and businesses around the world. Reporting to the VP, Revenue Operations, this role is based remotely in North America.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, business intelligence, or GTM operations, with demonstrated ownership of insight products consumed by senior leadership
• Hands-on experience building or architecting AI agents or Large Language Model (LLM)-based systems in a business context, from use case identification through deployment and iteration
• Working understanding of Python, data analytics, data feeds, data structures, and data warehouse architecture
• Experience designing or evolving GTM systems across CRM, data enrichment, revenue intelligence, workflow automation, and related data infrastructure
• Proven track record of translating data into decisions, building systems or insight products that changed how leaders and teams operate
• Experience setting technical standards for how AI agents and intelligence capabilities are architected, built, deployed, and maintained
• Cross-functional credibility with VP- and C-suite stakeholders
• Experience building and developing teams, including analysts or technical contributors
• Comfort operating in greenfield, ambiguous environments where the approach is still being defined

Bonus Points For

• Familiarity with modern GTM and data tools, including Salesforce, Snowflake (or equivalent data warehouse), dbt, Looker, Clay, ZoomInfo, Gong, Clari, CPQ, or workflow automation platforms
• Experience working with version-controlled development workflows and deploying technical solutions into production environments
• Prior experience at a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company
• Exposure to enterprise sales motions and revenue forecasting methodologies

What You Can Expect

• Define and execute the vision for 1Password’s GTM intelligence infrastructure, giving leadership timely signals on pipeline health, retention risk, expansion opportunity, and market position
• Partner with Data and RevOps Systems to define architecture, data models, warehouse structures, and technical standards supporting the GTM Intelligence Engine
• Translate data across CRM, marketing automation, product usage, and financial systems into curated insight products (dashboards, briefings, alerts, and AI-generated summaries)
• Own the architecture, standards, and deployment approach for 1Password’s AI agent platform across GTM, including use case prioritization and governance
• Build and maintain a portfolio of trusted AI agents supporting GTM workflows (pipeline reviews, account research, enablement, forecasting, onboarding, frontline execution)
• Serve as a senior thought partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leaders
• Evaluate how GTM systems should evolve as AI changes interaction with business applications
• Represent the intelligence function in executive forums, board preparation, QBRs, and strategic planning cycles
• Build and lead a high-performing team of GTM Engineers
• Develop organizational AI fluency and data-driven insight capabilities across GTM

Compensation & Benefits

• USA Base Salary: $200,000 USD – $300,000 USD
• Canada Base Salary: $184,000 CAD – $276,000 CAD
