As the most trusted global leader in data-first contract lifecycle management (CLM) software, Agiloft helps organizations manage the end-to-end process of proposing, negotiating, signing, and leveraging contracts using our flexible Data-first Agreement Platform (DAP).
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager, Procurement to own Agiloft’s go-to-market strategy for the procurement space, end to end.
Position Overview
You’ll build the complete plan for how we sell, market, and win procurement buyers, ensuring that plan is grounded in real intelligence rather than guesswork. Serving as a critical liaison between product, marketing, and sales, you will gather and synthesize competitive insights, customer insights, market intelligence, and analyst perspectives on the procurement landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete go-to-market plan for Agiloft in the procurement space, spanning marketing strategy, sales strategy, and enablement.
- Serve as the primary liaison between product marketing and sales, ensuring alignment on procurement positioning, priorities, and execution.
- Build and maintain a continuous intelligence engine covering competitive insights, customer insights, market intelligence, and analyst relations specific to procurement and source-to-contract.
- Translate intelligence into clear guidance that shapes product strategy, roadmap priorities, and packaging and pricing decisions in close partnership with product management.
- Own positioning and messaging for Agiloft in procurement, grounded in real buyer workflows, approval structures, and budget pressures.
- Build the enablement strategy for procurement, including battlecards, objection-handling guides, demo narratives, and playbooks.
- Plan and lead go-to-market launches for procurement-relevant capabilities.
- Develop content that speaks credibly to the procurement buyer persona (web copy, one-pagers, case studies, webinars, thought leadership).
- Build the business case and ROI framework procurement buyers need to justify investment.
- Identify and develop procurement customer advocates and references to support marketing and sales efforts.
- Track performance of procurement go-to-market programs and use data to prioritize future investment.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, with direct ownership of go-to-market strategy, positioning, or launch execution.
- Knowledge of procurement, sourcing, supplier management, or source-to-contract processes is a strong plus.
- Experience with contract management, legal tech, or sales operations software is a plus.
- Proven ability to build and lead a go-to-market plan spanning marketing, sales, and enablement.
- Experience gathering and synthesizing competitive intelligence, customer insight, and analyst relations.
- Strong track record partnering with product management on roadmap priorities and packaging or pricing decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience building sales enablement assets, such as battlecards, playbooks, and competitive analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, with comfort using data such as win/loss analysis and pipeline metrics.
