Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk - Array

Array is a financial innovation platform that helps digital brands, financial institutions, and fintechs get compelling consumer products to market faster. We deliver a suite of credit and identity monitoring tools, privacy protection, and a financial ads marketplace via embeddable widgets or a clean, modern API.

As an Accounts Payable Clerk at Array, you will manage daily accounts payable activities and maintain accurate financial records as the company grows. You will partner with the Accounting team to process payments, resolve discrepancies, and improve operational efficiency. This role reports to the Assistant Controller.

You will:

• Enter vendor invoices into Ramp, including proper coding and routing for approvals.
• Maintain vendor records.
• Coordinate with employees and vendors to collect documentation and address payment inquiries.
• Maintain organized financial records and assist with audits and accounting requests.

You have:

• 1+ years of experience in accounts payable or bookkeeping.
• Experience processing and keying invoices.
• Experience with an AP system (Ramp preferred).
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactions accurately.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• A proactive, independent working style with the ability to learn quickly and solve problems.

Pay & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $45,000+ depending on experience, plus an Incentive Stock Option (ISO) grant.
