The role of a Junior Campaign Manager at Canonical

Canonical has provided developers with open source since 2004, helping them build innovations such as public cloud, machine learning, robotics, and blockchain. We are looking for a performance marketing manager to join our team and own our paid strategy.

This role reports to the Growth Engineering Manager.

What your day will look like

• Support marketing team members with setting up and monitoring paid campaigns.
• Monitor paid ads performance and budgets across the Marketing team.
• Build on automation and AI to improve paid ads performance.
• Develop Canonical's adtech stack to industry-leading standards.

What we are looking for in you

• Experience: Familiarity with ad platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Meta) and campaign tracking/analytics tools.
• Performance: Proven experience driving successful lead generation campaigns and utilizing A/B testing for data-driven decision-making.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with an aptitude for forging trusting relationships across cross-functional teams.
• Mindset: A growth mindset, ability to prioritize effectively, and engagement with the latest trends in marketing technology.
• Travel: Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events.
