Product Manager, Browser Extension - Cloudflare

About the Role

As a Product Manager for the Browser Extension, you will own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Cloudflare One Browser Extension. You will work alongside the Digital Experience Monitoring (DEX) and WARP Client teams to scale an emerging product into a core enterprise capability.

This is a high-judgment role requiring you to navigate conflicting customer signals, make trade-offs with incomplete information, and build trust across engineering and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Browser Extension: Set the strategy and execution plan to grow it into a trusted enterprise product.
• Shape Digital Experience: Influence the direction of WARP Client and DEX teams to improve deployment, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Drive Product Strategy: Connect browser, device, and network capabilities into a coherent Cloudflare One experience.
• Customer Engagement: Work directly with enterprise security, networking, and IT teams to translate needs into product decisions.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Support to deliver high-impact products.
• Data-Informed Decisions: Analyze product usage, reliability, and market trends to identify opportunities and measure outcomes.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Product Leadership: Experience managing complex B2B products through the full lifecycle.
• AI Fluency: Demonstrated experience using AI assistants and agentic workflows to accelerate product work.
• Strategic Problem Solving: Ability to turn ambiguous technical challenges into clear, prioritized plans.
• Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Judgment: Proven ability to synthesize conflicting signals and make difficult trade-offs.

Bonus Points

• Knowledge of modern browsers, enterprise client software, and device management.
• Understanding of endpoint, DNS, HTTP, TLS, proxy, VPN, and application layers.
• Experience with Chromium-based browser extension APIs or managed deployment.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust and SASE products (SWG, DLP, RBI, ZTNA).
