The Role

We are hiring a Marketing Program Manager for France to drive regional marketing programs aligned to our go-to-market priorities. Based in Paris, this role requires regular on-site presence for events and sales engagement. You will act as the on-the-ground marketing representative, ensuring strong execution, local relevance, and clear pipeline impact.

What You Will Be Doing

• Program Ownership: Own and run regional marketing programs in France, including events, roundtables, conferences, webinars, ABM, and partner marketing.
• End-to-End Execution: Shape plans, align on priorities, and manage campaign setup (email marketing, landing pages, logistics, and vendor coordination).
• Sales Partnership: Partner closely with sales leadership to align on priorities, present results, and represent regional marketing locally.
• Event Management: Lead on-site delivery at key events, acting as the primary contact for speakers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor pipeline impact, ensure strong follow-up, and continuously improve campaign results.
• Collaboration: Work with product marketing, ops, digital, and partners to support joint activities.

What You Bring

• 8+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in the tech sector.
• Strong experience in field marketing and managing programs end-to-end.
• Hands-on, structured, and highly reliable with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrix organization.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to make sound decisions independently.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, or similar marketing tools.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20–25% of the time.
