The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Sourcer to join our team. You will need a blend of high-level technical curiosity and the gravitas of a Go-To-Market expert. In this high-impact role, you will have the freedom to invent sourcing strategies to find top-tier talent across the APJ and EMEA regions.

What You Will Be Doing

• Strategic Partnership: Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand the nuances of roles across GTM, Management, and Services.
• Full-Spectrum Sourcing: Build robust talent pipelines across multiple business units, maintaining the flexibility to shift focus based on evolving regional priorities.
• Engagement & Outreach: Utilize tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter to develop personalized, high-conversion outreach.
• Coordination: Work closely with recruiters and business leaders to ensure a premium candidate experience.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and APJ market insights, sharing actionable recommendations with the recruiting team.

What You Bring

• Sourcing Expertise: Proven track record of sourcing talent across the APJ & EMEA region, with a blend of in-house and agency experience.
• Relationship Building: Ability to build trust-based relationships to connect professionals with roles that align with their motivations.
• Organization: Excellent skills in managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem Solving: Creative approach to finding "the needle in the haystack" in competitive markets.
• Data-Driven: Comfortable using market intelligence to influence hiring decisions and refine sourcing strategies.
