Your Role

This is a hybrid role—part analyst, part operator. You'll work directly with our founders and executive team on a product used by over 50 million people. Instead of just producing decks, you will frame problems, build models, pressure-test your conclusions, and take results directly to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own analyses end-to-end: Frame problems, gather and model data, pressure-test conclusions, and present recommendations directly to leadership.
• Turn ambiguity into action: Structure broad, undefined questions and drive analysis without waiting for a scoped brief.
• Build decision tools: Create business cases, financial models, forecasts, and KPI dashboards used by founders and executives.
• Improve operations: Spot operational bottlenecks, design better processes, and drive them into place across teams.
• Run special projects: Coordinate stakeholders, manage initiatives from kickoff to delivery, and prepare strategy documents and investment memos.
• Communicate effectively: Distill analysis into executive-ready insights that lead with the answer and are backed by evidence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 2–4 years of experience at a Big 4 or equivalent top-tier consulting firm in a Strategy or Operations practice.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, sensitivity tables, complex formulas) and the ability to build clean, executive-ready PowerPoint decks.
• Hypothesis-driven problem-solving skills.
• High ownership, independence, and comfort with ambiguity in a remote setting.
• Full fluency in English.
• Comfortable working with products based on uncensored models and content.
