Your Role
We scaled to 50 million users in just 2 years with a lean team of 100 people and doubled our headcount last year. As our third Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll join at a defining stage to help shape what EverAI looks like at 100+ people.
You'll work closely with our CEO, Alexis, and partner with leaders across the business to help assemble the team behind one of the fastest-growing AI products globally. We hire internationally and across every function, with a strong focus on tech.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Mapping & Sourcing:
- Global Talent Scouting: Map and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide through thoughtful outreach and networking.
- Smart Sourcing: Support the implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack using tools from AI agents to niche technical communities.
- Relationship Building: Maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally.
Candidate Experience & Evaluation:
- World-Class Candidate Experience: Own the candidate journey from first discovery call to final close.
- Interviews and Screenings: Conduct structured interviews to assess technical aptitude and cultural alignment, providing concise summaries for Hiring Managers and Leadership.
Process Innovation & Collaboration:
- Hiring Operations: Work closely with Founders and Team Leads to improve hiring workflows and remove friction.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to creative initiatives positioning EverAI as a top destination for AI talent.
Your Qualifications
Must-haves:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
- Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
- Global sourcing experience attracting talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Ability to thrive in a high-trust, empowered environment
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
- Goal-oriented, ownership mindset, and a doer approach
- Humble and willing to learn
- Comfortable hiring for products based on uncensored models and content (#NSFW)
Bonus points:
- Experience in AI recruitment or familiarity with the AI space
- Exposure to employer branding, compensation benchmarking, or broader TA initiatives
