Your Role

As our third Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will join at a defining stage as we scale past 100+ employees. You will work closely with our CEO, Alexis, and leaders across the business to build the team behind one of the fastest-growing AI products globally. You'll hire internationally across all functions with a strong focus on tech, while also shaping our TA workflows, testing AI sourcing tools, and launching employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Mapping & Sourcing: Map and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs worldwide through thoughtful outreach, smart AI-first sourcing tools, and long-term relationship building with passive candidates.
• Candidate Experience & Evaluation: Own the full candidate journey from discovery call to close. Conduct structured interviews to assess technical aptitude and cultural alignment, providing concise summaries for leadership.
• Process Innovation & Collaboration: Partner with founders and team leads to improve hiring workflows, remove friction, and contribute to employer branding initiatives that position EverAI as a top destination for AI talent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Global sourcing experience targeting talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruitment tooling
• High-trust mindset, strong communication skills, and absolute fluency in English
• Comfortable hiring for products based on uncensored models and content
• Bonus points for AI recruitment experience or exposure to compensation benchmarking and employer branding
