Your Role

As our third Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will join at a defining stage as we scale past 100+ employees. Working closely with our CEO and leadership across the business, you will help assemble the team behind one of the fastest-growing AI products globally. You will hire internationally across every function with a strong focus on tech, while also helping shape how Talent Acquisition evolves through internal workflows, AI tooling, and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Mapping & Sourcing

Global Talent Scouting: Map and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide through thoughtful outreach and strong networking.
Smart Sourcing: Support the implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack, utilizing AI agents, niche technical communities, and unconventional channels.
Relationship Building: Maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally to stay ahead of hiring needs.

Candidate Experience & Evaluation

World-Class Candidate Experience: Own the candidate journey from the first discovery call to final close, ensuring a clear, respectful, and high-quality process.
Interviews and Screenings: Conduct structured interviews to assess technical aptitude and cultural alignment, providing concise summaries for Hiring Managers and Leadership.

Process Innovation & Collaboration

Hiring Operations: Work closely with founders and team leads to improve workflows and remove friction as we scale.
Employer Branding: Contribute to creative initiatives positioning EverAI as a top destination for AI talent.

Qualifications

Must-haves

Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
Global sourcing experience attracting talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.)
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
Ability to thrive in a high-trust, empowering environment
Strong communication skills and fluent English
Goal-oriented, high ownership, and a doer mindset
Comfort hiring for products based on uncensored models and content

Bonus points

Experience in AI recruitment or familiarity with the AI space
Exposure to employer branding, compensation benchmarking, or broader TA initiatives
