Your Role

We scaled to 50M users with a lean team of around 100 people and doubled our headcount last year. As our third Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a defining role as we scale beyond 100+ employees.

You will partner directly with our CEO and business leaders to build the team behind one of the fastest-growing AI products globally. You'll hire internationally across all functions, with a heavy focus on tech talent, while shaping our recruitment workflows, experimenting with AI tools, and launching employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Mapping & Sourcing

Global Talent Scouting: Map and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide through thoughtful outreach.
Smart Sourcing: Implement an AI-first recruitment stack, leveraging AI agents, technical communities, and unconventional channels.
Relationship Building: Maintain long-term networks with passive global talent to stay ahead of scaling needs.

Candidate Experience & Evaluation

World-Class Candidate Experience: Own the candidate journey from first discovery to closing, ensuring a clear, respectful process.
Interviews & Screenings: Conduct structured interviews to assess technical aptitude and cultural alignment, providing actionable summaries for leadership.

Process Innovation & Collaboration

Hiring Operations: Partner with founders and team leads to optimize workflows and reduce friction as we scale past 100+ employees.
Employer Branding: Contribute to creative campaigns positioning EverAI as a top destination for AI talent.

Qualifications

Must-Haves

Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment.
Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment.
Global sourcing experience: Track record of attracting talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.).
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruiting tools.
Ability to thrive in a high-trust, autonomous environment.
Perfectly fluent in English with strong communication and collaborative skills.
Goal-oriented, highly driven, humble, and adaptable.
#NSFW Comfort: Comfortable hiring for products built on uncensored models and content.

Bonus Points

Experience in AI recruitment or familiarity with the AI space.
Exposure to employer branding, compensation benchmarking, or broader TA initiatives.
