Your Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Partnerships/Affiliation, you will manage, maintain, and grow relationships with affiliates, optimize campaigns for performance, and help expand our global network.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and grow relationships with affiliates, ensuring consistent support and communication.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new affiliates for smooth integration.
• Monitor affiliate performance, generating reports on traffic, conversions, and ROI.
• Analyze results to identify areas of improvement, optimize campaigns, and find scaling opportunities.
• Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners to expand the network.
• Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels for maximum conversion.
• Regularly review and improve processes to enhance affiliate management.

Qualifications

Hard Skills

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management.
• Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics across diverse channels (SEO, media buying, paid socials, etc.).
• Advanced competence with tools like Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and reporting systems.
• Excellent Excel and Google Sheets skills for analysis and reporting.
• Ability to optimize processes for performance efficiency and ROI.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and collaborative skills (fluent in English).
• Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and commitment.
• Doer mindset: able to balance execution, planning, and strategy.
• Humble: willing to learn and open to feedback.

Bonus Points

• Experience with complex affiliate tracking systems like postback S2S setup and ad servers.
• Experience handling affiliate disputes, tracking issues, fraud, and volume drops.
• Previous experience scaling affiliate programs from mid-size to enterprise level.
• Knowledge of funnel optimization strategies and A/B testing.
• Experience with subscription-based business models.
• Familiarity with fraud prevention techniques.
