What you’ll do:
- Execute pricing updates within our G-P platform and Salesforce.

- Serve as a central point of contact for billing and pricing workflow.
- Act as the go-to person in EMEA for new deal requests via the Deal Desk, ensuring new customer growth aligns with short and long-term financial targets.
- Work closely with team members in other regions on new deals.
- Ensure all new deal calculators are maintained and up to date, building new analysis as required.
- Assist with the automation of the Deal Desk for new deals and re-negotiations, maintaining steady operations during automation development.
- Produce monthly reports on G-P’s customer and professional data metrics.
- Be involved with FP&A team members on the production of monthly Board of Directors packs.
- Assist with finance business partnering for all Sales Departments, including Partner Channel, Revenue Enablement, Revenue Operations, Account Executives, and Business.
- Ensure ambitious growth goals are translated to capacity planning for budgets and forecasts.
- Define and measure KPIs to track performance and ensure continuous improvement and revenue predictability.
- Transform key insights into actionable recommendations and communicate findings to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Provide ad-hoc support for financial projects as needed.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience across corporate finance and accounting, ideally with experience in a SaaS company with multiple products and regions.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM systems) and comfortable navigating billing/pricing workflows.
- An accounting qualification – fully or partly qualified and working towards full qualification.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency to drive recommendations to completion; ability to make complicated financial information consumable for all functions and levels.
- High aptitude to learn quickly, provide critical thinking on new and unknown tasks, and work well under pressure with appropriate attention to detail both individually and within a team setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work with executives and across functions, well-versed with business discussions.
- Strong organization and project-management skills, including the ability to meet demanding, evolving, and often competing deadlines.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, passionate about your work, enthusiastic, self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Understands the current priorities/regulatory compliance of the organization, and maintains adherence to those guiding principles.
