Regional Marketing Manager | West Coast | Remote - Grafana Labs

About the Role

Grafana Labs is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager based on the West Coast to execute regional marketing strategies and lead programs that drive measurable business outcomes. In this role, you will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leveraging AI to scale processes and improve productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Management: Lead regional marketing programs from planning through execution and retrospective, including budget management and performance reporting.
• Strategic Execution: Execute ABM and regional marketing initiatives in close partnership with Sales and SDR teams.
• AI Integration: Develop and document AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability across marketing operations.
• Operational Excellence: Serve as a proficient user of core platforms (Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, Monday.com) and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze program performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Leadership: Provide guidance to associates and contractors while building expertise in Grafana’s go-to-market strategy.

What You Bring

• Location: Must be based on the West Coast of the United States.
• Experience: 3-5 years in field or regional marketing, or events, with end-to-end program ownership.
• Technical Skills: Independent proficiency with Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, and Monday.com.
• AI Proficiency: Demonstrated experience operationalizing AI in marketing (reusable prompts, documented processes, or automations).
• Soft Skills: Strong project, time, and stakeholder management with high attention to detail.
• Travel: Willingness to travel approximately 40%.
• Bonus: Experience with open-source go-to-market motions.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $123,000 - $147,000 OTE.
• Equity: Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) for all team members.
