In this role, you will set the go-to-market strategy for Jane's financial products portfolio—including Payments, Clinic Financing, Payroll, and emerging tools—while being directly accountable for commercial results.
You will partner closely with financial services product leadership, marketing, and customer success, setting direction and standards for other product marketing managers across the organization.
What Impact We're Looking for You to Make
- Own Go-to-Market Strategy: Drive GTM strategy and execution for Jane's payments and financial portfolio (Payments, Capital, Payroll, and future products), setting the narrative and sequencing.
- Positioning & Messaging: Act as the internal authority on positioning, naming, and messaging architecture, translating complex financial capabilities into tangible day-to-day value for practitioners.
- Cross-Functional Launches: Lead launch strategies across Product, Support, Marketing, and Finance, owning commercial outcomes such as adoption, revenue, and retention.
- Voice of the Customer: Serve as a member of the leadership team, turning qualitative and quantitative market signals into product opportunities, roadmap trade-offs, and pricing/packaging decisions.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Build deep alignment with Product, Sales, Support, and Marketing around financial products strategy.
- Establish Frameworks: Create the playbooks, rituals, and frameworks for how Jane plans, launches, and measures product marketing as the financial suite scales.
