Head of Product - Kiss My Apps

Kiss My Apps is a platform company uniting 7 product verticals and 20+ AI-first products with over 100 million users, alongside proprietary analytical, payment, and marketing developments. Our products—such as AI Remodel, Printer, Botan, and Calorie Counter—are global leaders in the utilities, lifestyle, and health & fitness niches, holding top spots in the App Store.

We are growing at a minimum of 3x year-over-year, and we are looking for a Head of Product to lead the development of one of our utility products and help us scale even faster.

About the Role

This is a full-ownership role for the product's results, spanning from product strategy formulation to scaling growth channels. The product already has a validated product-market fit and significant potential for exponential growth. Your task is to find and optimize working unit economics, build a systematic process for product experiments, and scale the product through product development and performance marketing.

Your Responsibilities

• Define product and growth strategy for scaling.
• Find and stabilize product unit economics: pricing, paywall, retention, acquisition, and key product metrics.
• Build a systematic process for product experiments to drive revenue growth and product scaling.
• Manage the product team and establish clear product development goals.
• Work closely with marketing to scale traffic acquisition (Meta, CPA networks, and other channels).
• Make key product decisions regarding strategy, positioning, monetization, roadmap, and team development.

What We Expect from You

• Experience working with mobile products and subscription monetization models.
• Practical experience launching new products or scaling existing ones with tangible growth results.
• Strong expertise in product analytics, unit economics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Understanding of performance marketing and experience with paid acquisition channels (Meta, CPA networks, etc.).
• Experience scaling products to global markets.
• Bonus points for: web product experience, utility product background, experience in fast-paced early-stage companies, and practical use of AI tools for product growth and process automation.
