Who We Are

Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side. Our goal is to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era.

About the Role

Notion's Business Development team accelerates product distribution and platform growth through partnerships. As a Business Development Manager, you will be the ecosystem partner to our engineering and product teams, launching integrations with frontier intelligence platforms and tools our customers already use. You will shape our product roadmap, drive API adoption, and manage strategic relationships with partners like OpenAI, Anthropic, Slack, and Google.

Note: This role is based in San Francisco or New York City with required office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

What You'll Achieve

  • Scale the Notion platform: Identify, evaluate, and facilitate the launch of new product integrations. Manage partner-centric launches from onboarding to go-to-market.
  • Drive partner strategy: Own and grow relationships with strategic partners, acting as their internal advocate to influence our product roadmap.
  • Accelerate distribution: Source and launch first-in-kind partnerships that drive new user demand, turning deals into scalable programs.

Skills You'll Need

  • 7+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, product, or growth.
  • Strong product instincts and experience collaborating with engineering and GTM teams.
  • High agency with the ability to operate in ambiguity and build processes from scratch.
  • Operational rigor and the ability to manage complex cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience as an early GTM or product hire at a fast-growing company.
  • Fluency working with ISVs and developer ecosystems.
  • Experience building partnerships across multiple regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC).
