About the Role
As the Head of Early Career Recruiting, you will own and scale our early career strategy. You will partner with leaders across the company, university communities, and the talent marketplace to attract emerging talent. This role requires an AI-first mindset and a deep understanding of the early career landscape.
Note: This role is based in San Francisco or New York City with required office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
What You'll Achieve
- Strategy: Define and own the global early career recruiting strategy, including internships, new grad hiring, and early-in-career pipelines.
- Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing team of early career recruiters.
- Advisory: Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders regarding market intelligence and compensation.
- AI Integration: Lead the adoption of AI tools and automation to optimize sourcing, assessment, and closing.
- Operations: Design and improve infrastructure for internship programs, conversion strategies, and offer frameworks.
- Analytics: Establish and track key metrics like conversion rates, quality of hire, and program ROI.
- Branding: Partner with Storytelling and the Ambassador Program to sharpen our employer value proposition and build community.
Skills You'll Need
- 4+ years of recruiting leadership experience focused on early career/university hiring.
- Proven track record of scaling high-performing teams in fast-moving environments.
- Strong analytical instincts and experience using data to drive hiring decisions.
- Deep knowledge of early career compensation trends and talent market dynamics.
- Genuine AI-first orientation with a history of driving tool adoption and workflow innovation.
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
Nice to Haves
- Background in talent development or rotational program design.
- Experience leveraging AI to fundamentally change recruiting operations.
- Experience designing diversity recruiting programs (HBCUs, community colleges, etc.).
- Strong existing network within the university and campus recruiting community.
