About the Role

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive awareness of new Notion features and capabilities, and to run the programs that turn early activation into lasting adoption. You are a messaging master who can build narratives sharp enough to cut through a noisy market and serve as a strategic partner to Product from development through go-to-market.

Note: This role is hybrid, requiring presence in our San Francisco or New York offices on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

What You'll Achieve

• Launch Leadership: Coordinate efforts across Marketing and GTM orgs to land successful product launches.
• Drive Adoption: Lead programs for continued awareness and growth of high-PMF features post-launch.
• Strategic Partnership: Inform product strategy, competitive positioning, and user insights.
• Sales Enablement: Collaborate with Enterprise PMMs and Sales to build materials that turn capabilities into compelling stories.
• Release Communications: Maintain and improve release channels, including Notion's 'What's New' emails and release pages.

Skills You'll Need

• A distinctive point of view and the creativity to build narratives that stand out.
• Experience running product launches and adoption programs at a fast-moving tech company.
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills (Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing).
• A growth mindset and a scrappy, high-ownership approach.
• Sharp writing and storytelling instincts.

Nice to Haves

• You are an active Notion user fluent in the product.
• Experience building and using AI agents.
• PMM experience at a larger company.

A Note on AI

We expect every Notino to be intellectually curious and excited to use AI as a collaborator. You don't need deep AI expertise for every role, but you should be drawn to tinkering and discovery.
