About the Role

Notion is looking for a Recruiting Program Manager to design, build, and scale the systems and programs that power our hiring. You will operate with both strategic altitude and operational precision, partnering with Recruiters, Recruiting Operations, and leadership to drive high-priority initiatives.

Note: This role is hybrid, requiring presence in our San Francisco or New York offices on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

What You'll Achieve

• Interviewer Systems: Design structures for interviewer training, calibration, and quality measurement (e.g., Interviewer 101, Hiring Manager Training).
• Interviewer Pool Health: Manage the strategy for maintaining a high-quality, well-mapped interviewer pool and experimental AI interview formats.
• Enablement: Build and run onboarding programs for the recruiting team.
• Specialty Hiring: Provide program management for internal mobility, M&A integration, and strategic initiatives.
• Infrastructure: Develop playbooks and coordination frameworks to help Recruiting scale.

Skills You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience in program management, recruiting operations, or cross-functional roles.
• High agency and a builder mentality; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Strong AI skills: Hands-on experience building custom agents or tools and teaching them to others.
• Proven project management ability, from scoping through execution.
• Strong analytical instincts and the ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
